ParcHouse.com is a newly formed student accommodation website by Swansea University Alumni. The initiative is to provide an online service in order to help students find private accommodation and landlords let these premises.
ParcHouse.com offers services which include students accommodation, renting service and landlords property letting service. It also provides other valuable services and resources, such as housemates finding tool, student forum, maintenance request for students, and property valuation for landlords.
